The Elements of Magic

You've lit the candles. You've set the intentions. You've followed the steps you found in the book, the video, or the social post, but none of them really made any changes.

Most witches bring the elements into their magic with traditional tools, without knowing how to evoke the elemental energetic sources themselves. It’s not the stones of the earth, the feather from air, the fire in your flame, or a chalice of water that makes the elements work in your magic; it's knowing how to embody the elements in your magic.

The element of earth has a specific kind of power that grounds a working into physical reality, and if you call on it without understanding what you're actually asking it to do, it will sit there like a stone, and nothing will move. 

Fire does not just represent a candle or releasing; fire has a will of its own. When you work with it correctly, it doesn't just illuminate or release; it puts your spirit in motion, burning away what stands between you and what you're calling in. 

When you understand what each element actually does inside a working — not just what it symbolizes, but how it moves, what it asks of you, what it requires before it will give you its full power — your magic multiplies in ways you’ve never seen before.
